He worked til we truly found a house we love. Background: My partner and I began working with Robert after he contacted us about a house we said we were interested in. I was leery to begin working with an agent who contacted me, but after talking with him for a short time, explaining what we were looking for and where I began to feel at ease. Robert was great! He was helpful. And most of all, he truly cared to help us find our first home that met all our needs and most of our wants - let's be real, you can't have it all. When we got the keys to our new home Robert surprised us each with a gift that was extremely thoughtful and would help us get through the next couple of weeks ahead (if you know what I mean). On our one-year anniversary of being in our home, Robert surprised us with another gift to celebrate 1 Year. And on our two-year anniversary, he sent a card to congratulate us on our 2 years and wish us a wonderful 3rd. We will never forget Robert and all he has done for us. If you are looking for an agent who cares, who is kind, and who will take out the time to help find you what you want, Robert is your guy!

Sean is very very nice and great to work with. In our particular case we ran into some issues with a rental property that sean runs under his company (SRB properties), we did have some issues but it wasn't against Sean or his team. It was more over the owner of the property we rented. It was not clean, nor in the condition, it should've been in prior to moving in, and lots needed to still be fixed at the move-in date. Now I will say, it would have been nice for Sean or his company (SRB properties) to have followed through better with the owner of the house to make sure it was suitable and ready for move-in. However, Sean did state the owner claimed it was ready. But no walk-through was done before we got there to make sure. We were moving from another state and the last thing you want to deal with while making a move like that with a child in tow is worrying about getting things fixed an…

Sean is very very nice and great to work with. In our particular case we ran into some issues with a rental property that sean runs under his company (SRB properties), we did have some issues but it wasn't against Sean or his team. It was more over the owner of the property we rented. It was not clean, nor in the condition, it should've been in prior to moving in, and lots needed to still be fixed at the move-in date. Now I will say, it would have been nice for Sean or his company (SRB properties) to have followed through better with the owner of the house to make sure it was suitable and ready for move-in. However, Sean did state the owner claimed it was ready. But no walk-through was done before we got there to make sure. We were moving from another state and the last thing you want to deal with while making a move like that with a child in tow is worrying about getting things fixed and etc. Luckily Sean was able to change our lease and decrease 1 yr to 6 months so we could decide if we wanted to stay or move on at 6 months. His assistant (Sarah) with SRB properties is wonderful! And I would recommend Sean and his team. I am not familiar with him as a real estate agent, however, I would definitely choose him in the future if we decide to buy and live here longer.
