Sean is very very nice and great to work with. In our particular case we ran into some issues with a rental property that sean runs under his company (SRB properties), we did have some issues but it wasn't against Sean or his team. It was more over the owner of the property we rented. It was not clean, nor in the condition, it should've been in prior to moving in, and lots needed to still be fixed at the move-in date.
